This policy explains how Techbee processes the personal data you send us through the techbee.fr website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected and purposes
Contact form
When you write to us through the Contact page, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), company, area of interest or subject of your request, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a business proposal.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Application form
When you apply (via the Careers page or the contact form in “application” mode), we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), the role you are applying for, your message and your CV (PDF or DOCX file, 5 MB maximum). This data is used exclusively to review your application and run the recruitment process.

Website security
To protect the forms against spam and abuse, your IP address is used transiently: an anti-abuse counter limited to 60 seconds and a Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check. This data is not used for any other purpose.

Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the Techbee staff in charge of handling your request (sales or recruitment teams). It is never sold or transferred. It passes through the following technical providers, acting as processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, form processing and Turnstile verification;
- Resend — delivery of the emails generated by the forms (including the attached CV);

The website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts (Google): your IP address is sent to Google in order to serve these files.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@techbee.fr.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
The techbee.fr website does not use any advertising, audience-measurement or social-media cookies, and sets no tracker that requires consent. This is why no consent banner is displayed.
Only mechanisms that are strictly necessary for the website to work securely are used:
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Contact page only): anti-bot check before a form is submitted;
- cms_oauth_state: technical security cookie (10 minutes), set only when editors sign in to the website's admin area — never for visitors.
These mechanisms are exempt from consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act). You can view and delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Should cookies requiring consent ever be introduced, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested beforehand.
