Techbee has been awarded the Ecovadis gold medal, an assessment that places the firm in the global top 5% of companies rated on corporate social responsibility. It’s an external recognition, not a trophy — here’s what it actually covers.
What Ecovadis measures
The assessment covers four themes, reassessed every year:
- Environment — carbon footprint, resource management, paperless policy.
- Social & human rights — gender balance, inclusion, working conditions.
- Ethics — governance, anti-corruption measures, transparency.
- Sustainable procurement — supplier selection and monitoring.
“Proud of this gold medal, which reflects our excellence in CSR — and commits us to going further.”
Key figures
At Techbee, more than half of the most technical roles are held by women, in a sector where they represent less than 15% of engineering-school graduates. And since the firm was founded, not a single contract or CV has been printed.
Not a trophy, a trajectory
The gold medal isn’t a finish line. It’s reassessed every year, which means it has to be earned again — on hiring, on our office footprint, on internal listening. It’s that trajectory, more than the score itself, that we intend to document in future posts, and that we detail on our Techbee’s commitment page.
That trajectory is built by people: see our open roles if it speaks to you.
