A few months ago, IT4B became Techbee. A new name, a new logo — and above all, an opportunity to revisit what drove this change, and what, deliberately, stayed the same.
A name, a history
Founded in Paris in 2019, the firm grew around a simple conviction: technology isn’t a support function, it’s the engine of the companies it advises. That conviction didn’t change with the name — if anything, it’s the starting point: the hive is our consultants; Techbee is the name that carries that collective energy outward.
What doesn’t change
Three practices continue to structure every engagement we run — see the detail on our Expertise page:
- Cybersecurity — governance, identity management and operational security, built in from the design stage.
- Project management & agility — direction of complex programmes and change support.
- Technical expertise — architecture, infrastructure and development, delivered by senior consultants.
“Combining individual performance with professional fulfilment.” — Our goal, since day one
Key figures
Techbee today counts more than 40 consultants, based across France and Portugal, spanning three complementary areas of expertise.
What’s next
2026 marks a new step with the opening of an office in Portugal, designed to strengthen our delivery capacity and support clients on a nearshore basis. The name changes, the ambition stays the same: remain a human-scale firm, able to operate on our clients’ most critical challenges.
